Loggerhead Izhevsk

Loggerhead was the house project of Konstantin Bazeev and Evgeny Votyakov, active in the Izhevsk underground of the mid-2000s. Their sound was warm, groovy and unashamedly dancefloor-oriented, moving from deep house to ethnic textures. In 2005 the duo released Music for Runways as a small run of 300 CDs that quietly circulated through the local scene. Loggerhead is now represented by Izhitsa Records.
